These terms are the agreement between you and Trench Bros LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which runs Ecom Ad Bounty. By continuing past the sign-in page, you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains what we do with your data.
Who can join
You must be 18 or over. You may have one account, and the Whop and Discord accounts you use must be your own. The details you give us, including your legal name and payout details, must be true and yours.
How the programme works
You make ads for the brands you enrol in. Each brand sets its own rules and standards, and those rules apply to the work you make for it. Your work is checked, and the brand decides what it approves and what it launches. Enrolling in a brand does not mean any of your work will be approved or launched.
How you are paid
You earn 3.5% of what a brand spends on the ads made from your approved work. We work out your earnings once a month, for the month just ended, and add up everything across all your brands into one payment. We pay $10 or more through Wise, and amounts from $1 to $9.99 through Whop. A month in which you earned less than $1 is not paid out. If we find a mistake in a calculation, we correct it and tell you.
Your work
You own the creatives you make until a brand approves them. When a brand approves a creative, the brand gets a permanent, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use it in its advertising, and that licence continues even if you leave the programme. You promise that your work is your own and yours to license, that it does not break anyone else’s rights, and that it follows Meta’s advertising rules and the brand’s rules.
How you behave
Do not submit work that is not yours, reuse someone else’s work, submit the same work twice to get paid twice, or try to game the numbers. Treat brands, the team and other students with respect. A brand can remove you from its programme if you break its rules.
Ending your participation
You can leave at any time by telling us at zak@ecombusiness.com or in the Discord support channel. We can end your participation if you break these terms, and we tell you why. Either way, we pay you what you have earned up to that date, unless it was earned by breaking these terms. If you ask us to delete your data, that also ends your participation, as the privacy notice explains.
No promise of results
Brands decide their own budgets and which ads to run, so we cannot promise that you will earn anything. The figures on the platform are shown as of the date they carry and may be corrected.
Our responsibility
We run the platform with care, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for what brands, Meta or the services we use do, or for indirect losses. If we are responsible to you for anything, the most we are responsible for is what we paid you in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell you in the platform or by Discord before the change takes effect. If you keep using Ecom Ad Bounty after that, the new terms apply.
The law that applies
The law of the State of Wyoming, USA, governs these terms. This does not take away any protection the law of the country you live in gives you.
